Blaney Group Company Festival — Medellín, Colombia · Friday, March 13 · 3PM

The whole team. One stage. One winner. You'll step up, show your work, and make your case in front of everyone. The champion gets called out by name and takes home the bonus. No second place — only one person walks away with the title.

What this is

Not a demo day. Not a participation ribbon exercise. This is a competition — you're building something real with your AI assistant, presenting it live in Medellín, and letting the room decide who did it best.

Repeatable wins over impressive. If you find a workflow that saves 30 minutes every single week, that beats a one-time showpiece every time. Build something you'd actually use.

🏆 Champion Bonus

One winner. Announced live on March 13. The most valuable, creative, repeatable AI use case at Blaney Group takes it all.

How it works — three phases

1

Get set up and do your regular work with it

Complete the install tutorial and start using your AI assistant on everyday tasks — emails, reports, prep, whatever you do. Learn what it can do through actual use, not by reading about it. This is the foundation.

2

Pick a special project with your manager

Once you've got your footing, meet with your manager to pick a bigger project that could genuinely move the needle for your role or the business. Your manager signs off on the project and can help you brainstorm. This is what you'll present in Medellín.

3

Build it and present it on March 13

Execute the project. Document the before/after. Record a short walkthrough or prepare a live demo. Present to the full team at the festival. The champion is selected that day.

💡 Tip: Your AI assistant can help you brainstorm project ideas. Try: "I work in [your role] at an insurance agency. What are the 5 most valuable ways AI could help someone in my position? Focus on things that save time every week, not one-off tasks."

Scoring criteria

What the judges are looking for

Real impact — Did this actually save time, improve quality, or create something that didn't exist before? Show the before and after.
Repeatability — Is this a process you'll use every week, or a one-time trick? Ongoing value wins over impressive demos.
Scale potential — Could this process be adopted across the team? Use cases that lift everyone up score higher.
Creativity — Did you find an angle nobody else thought of? Unique applications of familiar tools are worth a lot.
Presentation quality — Can you explain what you did, why it matters, and how someone else could replicate it? Clarity is part of the score.

Example project ideas

Your best idea will come from your specific work. But here's the kind of thing that wins:

Agent recruitment system

"I built a full recruiting pipeline: intake questionnaire → AI-scored fit check → personalized follow-up sequence → onboarding brief. Cut 4 hours of manual work per new lead down to 30 minutes."

Weekly performance reporting

"I paste raw call data every Monday and the AI generates a formatted report with trends, coaching callouts, and recommended talking points for my 1-on-1s. 45 minutes becomes 5."

Client presentation builder

"I built a prompt that turns a client's profile and coverage needs into a full presentation deck with talking points and objection responses — in under 10 minutes."

How to present

🎤 5 minutes. One shot. Make it count.

You'll have about 5 minutes in front of the whole team: what the problem was, how you solved it, what the results are. Come with a live demo or a tight before/after. Be ready for questions. This is your moment — show up ready.

🎤 Presentation tip: Ask your AI assistant to help you prep. Try: "Help me structure a 5-minute presentation showing how I used AI to [your use case]. My audience is my whole team and they're evaluating impact and creativity."
